How to have more space on iCloud?

Remove extra images from your image library

Camera settings
First it is better to go to these settings in the camera. Sometimes reducing the resolution of the videos we record can be very helpful, as 720p can often be enough and we do not need to record 4K or 1080p video.
1 - On your iOS or iPadOS device, enter the Settings section, then Camera and then Formats. Set this section to High Efficiency mode to save storage space. Note that this will save all your photos and videos in HEIF and HEVC formats, which are not as common as JPG and MP4.
2 - Now enter the Record Video section in the same camera settings. It is better to choose the lowest resolution and frame rate in this section to occupy the least space for videos. The next time you enter the camera app, a yellow circle will appear at the top right of the screen, which means that if the color is gray, the feature is disabled.

Delete useless images

Delete old text messages
If the Messages app is listed in the iCloud service list as apps that take up a lot of space, it's a good idea to go to it now and delete old text messages. To do this, you must perform the following steps.
1 - Enter the Settings section and then touch the Messages option.
2 - Now scroll down to the Keep Messages option, change this option from Forever mode to 30 Days or 1 Year or set it to Delete. This will save your messages on your device after 30 days or a year or never, and will not take up extra space.
