Change region on Google Play
Open the Google Play Store on your Android phone and click on your profile icon in the Search Bar. Select the Settings option from the menu.
Now open the General category and select the Account and Device Preferences option.

After a successful country or region change, Google Play may process up to 48 hours of region change operations. Your old location or region will remain in your account, but as we explained earlier, you can only change your location once a year.
